Court:Cemevi(Shiite places)is not worship’place

Commented indirectly on the Administrative Court's decision to reject Cemevi as combining upper Shiite places of worship, Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said not received any official requests concerning the recognition or acceptance of the upper house and combine it could not ignore a request in this way will assess the work and take the necessary steps In accordance with the laws and the Constitution.
 

The Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan commented on the decision of 13/1/2008 Chamber sixth  of Ankara Administrative Court recently issued and the judge not to accept that the "Cemevi houses combination Shiite places of worship, it is against the constitution and laws," saying that if there is something can be done, they will not hesitate around him and will work necessary in the light of the Constitution and the law said that in reply to the Turkish press ,he had not received any formal request or accept recognition combining Cemevi - a community gathering places of the upper structure where religious rituals in the days belonging to a specific community - as places of worship, pointing out that some Ministers and members of parliament from his party –AKP - to the transfer requests in this regard and responded in a timely manner but informal been directed to the Council of Ministers and it is believed that the decision of the Administrative Tribunal in response to such requests.

   
 

While considered by some Turkish media statements Erdogan reference to the possibility of taking government decisions in this regard, especially after the first meeting of its kind which was between him and an Alawi community in Ankara on the first day of the month of Islam(Muharram month). Tayyip Erdogan was received cordially and applause of a top Shii’ community when he entered a hotel ballroom in Ankara on the first of Muharram 1429 he said in his breakfast "We did not come here to share Maatem but to join each other in Maatem all and the first day of the month, which is carrying meanings deep all Muslims and we lived with us in this province through hundreds of years and drink water from a single net, clean and differences existing between us melted in our unity today to become all one piece and we are in the first of Islam, we are aware and understand its meaning and therefore our hearts sad, but thank Allah (God), Today we are one and our hearts , our hopes is one "expressing his happiness to participate in the breakfast invitation, which coincided with the beginning of Islam, the Hegira new year.
